At Alix of Bohemia, we want you to cherish your unique pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
